When the figure of the bird re-visited by ELICE MENG in twenty paintings by Plumus , crosses the pens of living poets and artists...

It may have been necessary to create thousands of images of pixel birds for an animated film and paint a few hundred others with oil and a knife on a giant fresco, only to wish afterwards, to return to silence and the solitude of the workshop, savoring the murmur of the material, and the smallness of the gesture; the one which consisted of picking up the feather from the ground in a dad's henhouse, placing it under a glass plate, assembling it with others as perfect and as bare, guiding them with a few strokes of ink and attempt with them, a tiny resurrection.
